Members Starter Pack

Contained in this ‘Getting Started Pack’ is basic information you will need to participate in Krching.

Read all of the information and if you require further assistance contact your referrer or contact support@krching.com you can email support through the landing page at ww.krching.com under support/contact us and submit an e-ticket. We will be in contact – guaranteed 24 to 36 hours.

At the beginning of your journey familiarise your self with your member’s area. This area is designed to allow you to obtain all of the information and tools at your fingertips that will assist you to operate your Krching business effectively. This area is continually improved and updated to help you to gain the greatest benefit from Krching. Remember to always keep your members details in ‘my profile’ updated, especially your e-mail as this is the company’s primary way of communicating.

Before we tell you about the bonuses, what's a good place to start?
Ok, you are now a member - how do you begin?

Visit and explore the Krching website - your 'Members Area'. Get to know your business!

To do this you will need your Username and Password –

Look at your member’s personal office and all of the facilities provided to you by the company.
Importantly, CHECK your details are correct under 'my profile' which you will find at the top left of the options bar. Particularly, your e-mail address as this is the primary way the company will
communicate with you.

Next.
Contact your referrer if you have any questions or would like to present the Krching opportunity to anyone else. Your referrer will be paid by the company when you succeed or sell product, just as you will be for any person who joins the buying group as a result of your recommendation – so use your referrer – they are there to help you, make them work for their money. Part of the payment they will receive is to offer you support and training. Who is your referrer – write down their name and contact details here.

Next.
Find out where the company or your group is holding meetings, presentations and training. Try to attend all session on offer in your area. It is important to support your fellow member and the more you see the more the business and the many features will become second nature to you. Don’t try to be an instant expert, it takes time to learn. While you are being trained get a note book that you carry with you at all times and – MAKE A LIST.

A list of names, not in your head, not on your mobile telephone but a physical list in a note book.
List everyone you know that may be interested in becoming part of the Krching Buying Group and/or making money. You are aiming for 100 names.

Be a motivation discoverer, seek reasons and needs. Why? Because every person has a reason or a motivation to make money or to get a better deal on fabulous products.....YOU as a member of Krching can offer a way to realise their dreams or fulfill their needs. It may be to pay off the credit card, visit their family or go on a long overdue holiday...........whichever it is; YOU have a way to help them achieve their greatest desire.

Next.
Share the opportunity, invite people to a presentation or a small coffee shop meeting perhaps with your referrers help, and don’t try to begin this journey by yourself. You are part of a team now – work with us. You will have lots of questions as you begin to truly understand the buying group you are now a part of. All of us at Krching welcome you and look forward to you being with us for a long and mutually beneficial future. In the mean time here is some terminology you may or may not know..

Krching Dictionary.

Referrer: Krching is a people Buying Group – to enter you must have a referrer – to join Krching you must have used your referrer’s username to register.

Username: this is the name every member chooses when joining the group. You are known by your username on all communication and positions with in the company. Any person you bring to the Krching Buying Group will have to use your Username to join.

Up Line: Your referrer is your direct up line or the person who is above you in the Krching business.

Down Line: Any person who is below you in the business.

Group Sales Board: This is the structure every member of Krching is placed on when they purchase their Product Pack. Your position on the Group Sales Board is complimentary.

E-Wallet: You internal account statement, list all transactions, bonuses and rewards that you have undertaken or received.

How do you make money with Krching…….

There are five ways......

With your Krching entry Product pack, you have received the exclusive, valued Oora Opals at 50% off the retail price. WOW! Keep them... sell them or set them in jewellery and increase their value, trade them, it's up to you. You can access our unique exclusive range of products at 30 to 50% off the recommended retail price. Sell them. At what margin or profit? That is totally up to you - it is YOUR business.

Sell starter ‘Product Packs’ 1or 2 and receive 10% rewards on every sale – every sale earns.
Be rewarded for your encouragement, time and support when any member of your team orders from our unique range. This is called a Uni-level reward, it is 'Team Shopping'!
‘On Your Way Rewards’ to Supervisor Pay Day Bonus.
When any of your team achieves their 'Pay Day', you receive Matching Bonuses!

On Your Way Rewards.
At Krching we believe you should be paid for selling product packs, the faster you sell the quicker you will be rewarded. On Your Way Rewards are designed to reward you as you progress towards Pay Day.

Here is how it works.
One your first product pack sale (no matter which level you are on – that is $250 or $500) prior to reaching Manager you will be paid.

Cash into your e-wallet $25.00 and 2500 points.

One your second product pack sale (no matter which level you are on – that is $250 or $500) prior to reaching Manager you will be paid.

Cash into your e-wallet $50.00 and 5,000 points.

That is a total of $150.00 in value – WOW a 60% return on your original investment and you still have your beautiful Oora Opals valued at double your pack purchase price.

Supervisor Pay Day.

All members are entitled to Supervisor Pay Day if they have achieved qualification requirements when the Group Sales Board they are on as Supervisor completes. Once promoted through the ranks and having attained the required qualifications (minimum two product pack sales on that board level) you get Pay Day.

What is Pay Day? Well that depends on your level and is as follows.

$250 Group Sales Board Qualified Pay Day. Cash $ 500.00
$500 Group Sales Board Qualified Pay Day. Cash $1000.00
Additional Opal $1000.00


What do I make from Matching Bonuses, on my team, when they achieve Qualified Pay Day?

Your bonus for your team achieving qualified Pay Day depends on your progress through the system.

Here is how it operates.

If you have achieved ‘Qualified Pay Day’ on the same level, when your team member does the same, on that level, your Matching Bonus is 100%.

If you have only made one (1) personal sale and failed to achieve Qualified Pay Day, but have participated on the same level as your team member achieves Qualified Pay Day - you still earn a 50% Matching Bonus when your team member gets their ‘Qualified Pay Day’.
If one of your team completes and gets Qualified Pay Day on a board you have not participated on, you still achieve a 25% Matching Bonus. (See below for points/cash ratio).


How do I continue to make money with Krching?
